Conference for the Curious want to guide it’s visitors in the fast changing world of media and the way in which we tell stories. Storyteller, futurist and e-culture pioneer Aina Abiodun zigzags as a reporter through the conference programme and looks, listens and asks. At the end of the day, she draws her personal conclusions in a talk about what she observed during the conference. She puts these conclusions to perspective regarding storytelling and new media.
Aina Abiodun is born in Nigeria and works in New York, where she’s head of strategy at Sideways. She also co-founded StoryCode, a global movement for cross-platform and immersive storytellers which introduced the world’s first story hackathon. She studied at Amherst College and UCLA, and recently spoke at the Guggenheim and MOMA about immersion, digital culture and the future of experiential environment of the public.
