Fiona Fortuin (1982) is music editor in chief at VICE, the fastest growing mediacompany for millennials. Under her leadership Noisey has, since its foundation four years ago, grown to become one of the most leading music platforms in the Netherlands. At Noisey, music is the way to look at the world. A good example is to documentary Mocrorappers. This is a portrait of a group of youngsters that are not always positively discussed. The documentary shows their different, successful side. In the past, Fiona has worked at VPRO’s 3voor12 and on a freelance basis for several titles about cultural and social issues.

Fiona Fortuin (1982) is hoofdredacteur van de muziekredactie van VICE, het snelst groeiende mediabedrijf voor millennials. Onder haar leiding is de lokale tak van Noisey sinds de oprichting vier jaar geleden uitgegroeid tot een van de meest leidende muziekplatforms van Nederland. Bij Noisey is muziek de lens waardoor naar de wereld gekeken wordt. Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is de documentaire Mocrorappers. Deze documentaire is een portret van een groep jongeren waar niet altijd even positief over wordt gesproken, maar hier juist vanuit hun succesvolle kant wordt benaderd. Hiervoor werkte Fiona voor VPRO's 3voor12 en schreef ze op freelancebasis voor verschillende titels over culturele en maatschappelijke kwesties.
