“Mobile City Dialogues” is a project of digital storytelling and media experts Klasien van de Zandschulp (Lava LabHearUsHere and Zo Niet Dan Toch festival), Sander Veenhof (SNDRV, Augmented Reality artist) and Leonieke Verhoog (Dutch Public Broadcaster VPRO,FigureRunning).
Together with local media and e-culture professionals they dig into ongoing stories and create new dialogues about specific locations. By combining mobile technology platforms they explore and create dialogues in the three cities Amsterdam, Toronto and New York. Which tools do we use and build, which creative solutions can we find and which difficulties do we conquer?

The results of this project will be presented online and in an highly interactive event in May, at the Interactive Storytelling Meetup in Amsterdam. At the STRP Conference for the Curious, Klasien van de Zandschulp will share her experience working with mobile storytelling tools and the Mobile City Dialogues project.
